	How to order You can order by phone or email. All prices on the web page include Danish taxes and duties. A deposit of 10% of the purchase price is required to reserve a watch.
	Shipping and delivery Delivery charges are calculated according to size, weight and value. We aim to dispatch all orders before 2 pm (GMT) on the day we receive your payment.
	Payment All payments to Dreamwatch.dk must be made by bank transfer or in cash, face-to-face in Denmark (Aarhus), if you prefer.
	Insurance and lost goods All goods remain the property and responsibility of Dreamwatch.dk until delivered to the specified delivery address. Items are insured against theft and accidental damage.
	Returns If you wish to return an item, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days. All returns must be in perfect condition and with their original packaging. We are unable to offer any exchanges or refunds on items that are scratched, damaged or otherwise not in their undamaged, original packing.
	Guarantee We take great pride in delivering fine quality watches. In the unlikely event that a watch does not live up to our high standards, we will make every effort to solve the problem. The watch is subject to a 12 months guarantee. Within this period, we offer repair or replacement (if possible) at no extra charge. Please contact us if you have any questions.
